Julia and Tony's Engagement Session – Old City, Philadelphia
I’m really excited to photograph Julia and Tony’s wedding next weekend at the Landis Valley Museum in Lancaster, PA. For their engagement session, they chose to spend some time in Old City here in Philadelphia. We started in the historic Elfreth’s Alley, then moved on throughout the small cobble stone streets in search of good photo spots. They were a lot of fun to work with, and had a very adventurous attitude despite the upper-ninety degree heat.

In addition to the shadows, I really like the vines on the wall in this shot...

Theresa and Dave, Valley Green Inn Wedding – Philadelphia, PA
Here is my first post of photos of Theresa and Dave’s wedding at the Valley Green Inn here in Philadelphia. I’ll be posting photos as I work through them, so please visit soon to see more photos. For now, a themed selection of some fun family shots throughout the day. I know Theresa from our local coffee shop – The High Point Cafe - where she works with Dave. Theresa, Dave and Ari are a great family, and I was so happy to have the opportunity to photograph their big day.

Christina and Mike’s Engagement Session
I’m very excited to be photographing Christina and Mike’s wedding at Kings Mills this fall; they were both very adventurous as we explored cool photo locations starting at Schuylkill Banks and all across west Center City. This is what I like best about engagement sessions; agreeing on one or two locations, then taking some time to explore and discover great backdrops for spontaneous and fun photos.

A Bartram’s Garden Wedding
I’ve been looking forward to John and Kathleen’s wedding for more than a year now; mostly because they are an awesome couple, but also because I could not wait to shoot at Bartram’s Garden. I have a lot of exciting photos to share from last Saturday, and I’ll be posting them here as I work through them. For now, two photos: John and his Grandma, who came all the way from Wisconsin for the wedding; and Kathleen approaching John before they first saw each other on the wedding day. Many more to come…

Angela and Matt – The Downtown Club, Philadelphia
Angela and Matt were married in the Arch Street Meetinghouse at 4th and Arch in Philadelphia, moving on (through the rain, unfortunately!) to The Downtown Club for an awesome celebration. The wedding was planned by cHill Weddings, and the details and setup were outstanding.
